Church School |
St. Paul’s Episcopal Church School meets on Sundays during the school year. Children and youth in Pre-K through Grade 6 attend Church School classes with their peers. Church School starts at 9:15 a.m. There is a nursery available for child care for those children not yet in Pre-K. At the end of Church School, the children join their families in church to take communion. There is a Youth Group for high school students that meets on Sunday afternoons every other week. Please contact Frances Chamberlain for more information. New participants are always welcome!
Pre-K & K
Children in Pre-K and K enjoy learning about Bible stories through fun games, activities, and crafts! The creation story, Noah’s Ark, John the Baptist, and Jesus performing miracles are just a few examples of lessons offered.
Grades 1 - 6
Children and youth in grades 1-6 learn about Bible stories using a rotational model featuring art, creative drama, cooking, science, Bible games, and music. This year’s theme is “Growing Faith.” Lessons examples include: Jesus feeding 5000, Jesus and Peter walking on water, and Easter Sunday. Spark curriculum is used and can be sampled by following this link: https://www.wearesparkhouse.org/kids/spark/
Youth Group
St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Youth Group meets twice per month. Meetings take place on Sunday afternoons from 3-5 p.m. All high school students are welcome to join us for some fellowship and fun! Contact Frances Chamberlain for more information.
